(1) A plan implementation committee will be formed in the office of the fund to implement the plan under the supervision, direction and control of the committee. .

(3) The Lumbini Development Committee existing at the commencement of this Act shall function as the said committee in accordance with this Act, until the Plan Implementation Committee is formed in accordance with sub-section (1).
